The flat white here is the best in Chișinău. Properly extracted, silky milk, served at a temperature where you can actually taste it. The banana bread is one of those things you order once to be polite and then order every time after. In summer, the terrace is where you want to be — good light, the right pace, coffee that makes you stay longer than you planned. Coffee shop first, workspace second, though people do both.
